Hello my name is Liber. I come from La Habana, Cuba. The sea has been my passion since I was a kid. I am a PADI Master Instructor and enjoy sharing my experiences at any time. You will find me most of the time with my wet suit on, teaching classes, filming underwater videos, or simply playing with tools and regulator parts.
